Taking refuge in the woods during rare dry moment and taking comfort in fairy lights while the rain pours down outside. Playing with the cat and a night in front of the fire. Some pretty nice blooms and starting a new sketchbook. A rare sunny moment and darning a cosy cardigan. Balling up some Kool-Aid dyed yarn and working on a DIY project. A lunch date with an old friend and working on a knitting project for my knitting class, before a lunch (and cake!) date with another lovely friend.
Other stuff happened that I didn't photograph - theatre trip, the election, bathroom trauma (the reason for the lack of self portraits this week - very limited water access is not flattering for anyone!) but all-in-all, an alright week! I'm hoping that I can round it off with a nice hot bath, before the onslaught of a three-day-work-weekend!
